Polycarbonate Welding Window, Green Shade 8

Description

The Polycarbonate Welding Window is a polycarbonate welding sheet designed to filter out harmful UV rays and other light wavelengths produced by welding operations. The light-absorbing additives are distributed throughout the whole shade sheet, so it will not lose any of its protective properties if the surface becomes scratched. This Phillips Safety welding sheet is virtually unbreakable, with extremely high impact resistance. The product also has excellent fire performance, due to its flame-inhibited material that is resistant to ignition. With these properties, the Green Polycarbonate Welding Sheet is ideally suited to large scale welding screens in robotic or manual welding areas. It is not designed for welding face masks and personal eye protection. This welding sheet is available in Green Shade 8 and can be easily fabricated, cut, bent, or thermoformed into complex shapes, with a maximum size of 60” x 80” with 3mm thickness.
