The SAFEGRIP Radiation Reducing Gloves are single-use, lead-free surgical gloves designed for comfort and functionality during fluoroscopic procedures. These gloves offer maximum sensitivity and tactile feedback. They effectively reduce scatter radiation to the hands and feature a textured surface for improved grip during procedures.

They are also latex-free, which minimizes the risk of allergic reactions. The gloves are available in a comprehensive range of sizes from 6.5 to 9.0, with half-size increments. A rolled cuff design facilitates easy donning and removal. Additionally, they are lead-free, and safe for disposable use.

Furthermore, these gloves are tested in compliance with IEC 61331-1:2014, EN 420:2003, EN 388:2016, EN 455-3:215, ISO 10993-1:2018. Their performance in terms of attenuation is as follows:

  • 60 kV: 63.1% Attenuation
  • 80 kV: 54.4% Attenuation
  • 100 kV: 47.4% Attenuation
  • 120 kV: 42.0% Attenuation
