Description

The Phillips Safety Toboggan Arm Boards are made of crystal clear polycarbonate, which is radiolucent and extremely strong. This radiolucent shield features a contoured top that offers stabilizing support for the clinician’s arms while shielding against sharp edges during procedures. Plus, they are MRI safe. For correct positioning, slide the toboggan under the pad and the patient’s weight will hold it in place.

In addition, the Toboggan Arm Boards is available in three different sizes: small, measuring 10” L x 6” H x 10-1/4” D; medium, with standard measurements of 15-3/4” L x 8” H x 10-1/4” D; and large, measuring 15-3/4” L x 10-1/2” H x 10-1/4” D. The smaller size is to be used when a shorter height or narrower width is required. It is great for upper body procedures and offers a better fit for pediatric, adolescent, and small patients. Plus, it reduces interference with overhead cameras and other surgical equipment. The medium size fits most average size patients’ extremities and is available individually or in pairs. The large size accommodates larger arms and legs.
