Description

The Anti Static Bariatric Patient Shifter is a board designed to make lateral transfers for patients up to 600 lbs more manageable and safer. Due to its minimized friction on transfer surfaces, it reduces back strain on caretakers. Plus, it is covered with an anti-static coating, so it protects patients from adhering and sticking to the surface while simultaneously reducing static build-up.This Phillips Safety patient shifter board has an extra-wide design that better supports excess tissue and supports the patient’s head. It also has an elongated shape and features fourteen handholds to ergonomically correct the patient’s position. In addition, the Anti Static Bariatric Patient Shifter is made of flexible plastic, which is a great advantage when working with uneven surfaces. It weighs 16 lbs and has overall dimensions of 38” W x 72” L x 3/16” thick. Please note that it should be cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectant.
