These welding PVC curtains effectively safeguard workers from welding areas, flash burns, and UV light exposure.
Our welding screen is crafted from a specially formulated vinyl material that offers exceptional resistance to UV rays, flames, and abrasion. To ensure durability and strength, all edges of the screens are meticulously hemmed with DUPONT KEVLAR Stitching and feature grommets placed at 30 cm intervals. For added convenience and secure attachment to the frame, nylon ties are provided.
Moreover, this welding screen meets EN 25980 quality certification, which requires that it does not release harmful gasses when ignited. This certification ensures significant arc reduction, protecting eyesight, flame retardancy, guaranteed production safety, and non-toxicity without the release of harmful gasses.
